• This is a great tool for making banding for many of our curtain patterns such as the Pull-Up Valance and the Claudine Valance.

• Cut your fabric into 2-1/4" bias strips, then pass the cut fabric through the tape maker and iron.  Click here for instructions. It makes a perfect 1" band.

• We then apply Steam-A-Seam 2 to the backside of the band and iron into place on your valance.
